Lower Longley is a little province about half-way between Hobart City and Huonville. It's roughly on the peak of the range that separates the two, and is unique in that it's always green and collects snow in the Winter.
Kristy found the land many years ago when she was travelling through the State, and bought it for the princely sum of $30,000. Today the six acres are easily worth twice that.
The green rolling hills and enclosing cliffs lend themselves perfectly to this type of house. |
